Can't say no to fattening foods, carbs, or alcohol? You may be one of the millions of people who are sugar sensitive. Many people who suffer from sugar sensitivity don't even know it - and they continue to consume large quantities of sweets, breads, pasta, or alcohol. Best food program I have ever found

I worked this program for three years, went off of it, and I'm so glad to be back on it. I'm sugar sensitive. How that shows up in me is that when I eat sugar, I want more. This program helps me stabilize my eating. I now eat healthy foods at healthy times. It has helped me balance my blood sugar and increase my serotonin levels so I am more stable emotionally, mentally, and physically.

They have a free, interactive website where members ask questions and support each other in working the food. Kathleen DesMaisons has a PhD in Addictive Nutrition. She originally developed this program working with alcoholics. She found changing their food helped heal the compulsion for alcohol.

Love the Book - but bad audio

The book was great and the information within is well worth the price of admission. Sadly, it sounds like it was taken from a damaged CD recording and it skips around in places. I had to return it because it was hard to follow towards the end.
If Audible ever uploads a better version I would buy this title again

There should definitely be a companion PDF

Good concept, good book but it would be helpful to have a PDF as a visual aid for some of the steps or other content.

Excellent

This books gave me a wonderful introspective about the affects of sugar and it’s partnership with other synthetic medicines.
Highly recommended it.
