Self-hypnosis

I have some prior experience with hypnotherapy from when I tried it a few years ago. This audiobook mentions using self-hypnosis in a few chapters, including chapter 2, which got me very intrigued. I decided to give self-hypnosis a try, as the author did note that it is much easier to perform self-hypnosis if you have any previous experience. It worked for me, and I made significant progress with my weight loss. I am not at my goal yet, but I am working hard, and with this audiobook on my phone, I am confident I will do it in no time!

Former skeptic

I was skeptical about this whole “hypnotherapy” method that this audiobook focuses on. However, after trying it with an experienced friend, I can say that it does work. I am very impressed that the author managed to convince me of all people. I strongly encourage you to keep an open mind and try this out – it may change your life!

Fantastic

I am not lying when I say this audiobook is one of the best weight loss guides out there. It is clear, genuine, and backed with various statements from doctors around the world. I am also pleased to say that the author does not try to get you to buy any fancy weight loss products – it is honest advice, tips, and methods to get you living healthy. An excellent guide for a great price!

What an experience!

This audiobook has allowed me to experience hypnotherapy, which I would notnhave considered otherwise. I loved it and how much it helped with my weight loss. I am still quite chunky, but on track to slimmer life! Chapter 23, called “Blasting Calories,” has helped me manage my daily calorie intake, so I stopped snacking as much too!

No longer an ice cream addict

Like all people, I have bad days and moments. However, if you ask me how I deal with my issues, I will reply with “cry into a tub of Neapolitan ice cream and watch movies.” Not the healthiest option, is it? This audiobook became my holy book when it came to trying to get my life back on track. I would listen to the soothing voice on my way to and from work, learning in my free moments that there are better things out there than food. Chapter 21, titled “Stopping Emotional Eating” really hit home and allowed me to understand what to do to improve my situation. This audiobook is not only going to help you sort out your physical health but also your mental and emotional health. A truly fantastic product!

Amazing help

I cannot find the right words to describe how helpful and informative this audiobook truly is. My only comment is: get this audiobook. The author makes sure that anyone can understand the concept and uses of hypnotherapy as well as how to go about weight loss in general.

Slow metabolism

I always joked that I am chubby due to my dad’s genes. However, it turned out I actually do have significant problems with my metabolic rate as well as with burning fat in general. This audiobook was a gift to me from my dad, who I encouraged to try this whole hypnotherapy weight loss thing with me. He agreed, and we are doing great if I do say so myself! We are more positive and confident in our plump selves. I cannot recommend this audiobook enough – the author provides such an incredible amount of advice and useful information. At the same time, the narrator does a great job of providing clarity and making the content even more enjoyable!

Lots of tips

The author really knows what to put in an audiobook to make it the ultimate weight loss tool. I was very impressed with how many tips and tricks chapter 25 actually held. You are not going to be disappointed with this audiobook, so I recommend you give it a go!

Beaming with happiness

My cousin needed some motivation to lose weight. He struggled with it for so long I decided to get him this fantastic audiobook and go to hypnotherapy with him. He not only loved it but weeks after, he looked better than ever! Thanks to the author and narrator, he is much healthier and beaming with happiness.

Surprisingly good

I followed the advice regarding hypnotherapy, as I do not have anything to lose through trying it. After a short while, I started to notice that I am not only more confident in my body but also lost a significant amount of weight (I am a big lad, so it is easily noticeable). I have to say that it was not as hard as I thought it would be – through dieting, exercising, and getting rid of my bad habits, I managed to shed some of those pesky pounds. The quality of the writing is high, and the narrator is a talented individual, providing outstanding performance.
