These books delve deep into the heart of narcissistic dynamics without getting lost in jargon. What stood out to me was how the books made sense of my experiences. They gave me tools like the Grey Rock Method, which will be practical and effective in my daily life.

I’ve read them all… this one is an essential!!

Ive read and listened to too much on the subject over the last nearly 8 years now- and I stopped for a while when narcissist basically became a trending keyword- and content creators on every platform started throwing the word around at anyone they didn’t like, which started to make following more harmful than good. Im now in search of fresh info, and if you’re here reading this- you most likely know your share of narc info too. This one- although it has a lot of the basics/foundational info crucial for those new on the subject; it likewise is laced with uncommon and useful content for your way out. Unfortunately not enough mentions of what it’s like with a child involved… but there’s a lot of other writers out there helping with that. I wish i listened to this many years ago….Could’ve saved me. Def recommend this one 💜 sending love and strength to anyone who reads this 💜

A Revelation

As someone who's been through the wringer with a narcissistic ex, I gotta say – this audiobook is the real deal. The author doesn't sugarcoat the harsh realities of narcissistic abuse, but she also offers a message of hope and healing that feels like a warm hug from a friend who gets it.

Excellent

The first book was like a punch in the gut - in a good way. It was almost eerie how accurately it described my own experiences with narcissists. The manipulative tactics, the gaslighting, the constant feeling of questioning my own reality... it was all laid out there. But more than that, it gave me the tools to start reclaiming my life.

As an empath, the second book spoke to my soul. I've always struggled with getting sucked into other people's drama and negativity, but this book gave me permission to put myself first. The self-care practices were so simple but so profound. I feel like I have a shield now, protecting my energy and my peace. The third book about covert narcissists was a revelation. I had no idea how insidious and subtle their manipulation could be. It was like a lightbulb went off in my head, and suddenly so many past interactions made sense. The Grey Rock Method is powerful.

Thank you Mia Warren
