Excalltly what i needed
So many good take away points. Self discipline, avoiding procrastination, and positive self talk. Overthinking leads to anxiety and depression and steals joy.

overthinking
Sometimes, I thought the author was inside of my head. I am an overthinker and I let it stress me out. I found this book to be helpful to me to learn how to declutter my mind and it provided my tips and ideas on how to change negative thinking into a positive ones. Great three book series for a little self-help.
