Successfully stop panic attacks

I am very pleased to have listened to this book. This audiobook has given me insights I’ve never been taught before. I can’t believe it. I was able to successfully fend off a panic attack thanks to just one of the techniques, and there are so many more.

Better ways to cope with panic issues

This audiobook looks very promising. Since I started listening to it, I feel like it is going to help me find better ways to cope with my panic issues. My sleep issues and fearing the worst will happen when I fall asleep is no way to live. It's not fun. It can be so terrifying. So far, this book has helped me calm down during the most intense panic attacks.

Stop and prevent panic attacks

An excellent audiobook! You don’t have to continue dealing with your panic attacks. You can actually do something to stop them, and this audiobook will show you exactly how. It lists various treatments, including preventative measures. So happy I found this book!

Start living your best life

I absolutely loved this audiobook, right from the start there were so many relatable issues, experiences, and symptoms. This audiobook really taught me that I'm not alone with my panic and I am more determined than ever to get control of my panic and start living instead of being overcome by fear.

I’m more hopeful about the future

I found chapter 4 and 5 extremely helpful for finding relief ASAP during a panic attack. I feel more hopeful about the future after listening to this audiobook. There were plenty of relaxation techniques included and I’m in the process of trying out every one of them. So far, the results have been pretty good and I’ve cut down the amount of panic attacks I’ve been having. Looking forward to totally getting rid of my panic attacks, as this finally seems like a possibility because of this audiobook.

Helpful and informative

This is a good and helpful audiobook. I thought that panic attacks were something that I had to deal with forever, but after consuming this audiobook, I feel like it’s not something I’ll have to contend with for long. It’s also taught me the causes and symptoms of panic attacks. There is so much good information in this audiobook.
