The complains over food has come to an end in my home... my daughter seems to have found some secret about food from this book that she no longer complains over food in the last few days. its a good thing i got this book

Good food tips!!!

this book uncovers the truth about food and what we should eat and not eat. A lot of people don't think about this before they eat , i used to one of those kinds until this book changed my mindset.. its was helpful

Good timing

it was just as if i was starting life afresh . this book enlightens and concentrates on food and our health. I didn't miss a thing with the help of this audio book even in my busy schedule i was able to complete this book in a day
