Very Informative and an Easy Listen!

The audiobook is a great listen for those interested in knowing EVERYTHING about Fasting. Different types, the pros and cons of each type and lots of details explaining how to fast properly.

This was an easy listen on audiobook and I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn more about intermittent fasting and how to do it properly for the best results!

Nick throws down some knowledge!!

This book is packed full of easy to consume information. Nick has done a great job explaining the science of fasting AND the process of fasting. I was worried about getting the audio version of this book, because I feared that I would not remember ALL the amazing information it contains, however Nick repeats the information throughout the book and by the end you have it committed to memory. Most importantly, he doesn’t BS you! He states repeatedly that it won’t be easy, but it is worth it. I love that he lives the methods in this book and frequently offers tips through his “socials” to help people adhere to The Fasting Plan.

One of the Best Books in Terms of Dieting and Nutrition

Nick has always been someone I’ve looked up to because of his physique and lifestyle. From the early days of meeting Nick back in Boise I knew that his physique was something I wanted to achieve for myself one day. I’ve been following Nick and his advice regarding IF and the Fasting Plan and after listening to the book it’s so thorough and detailed that you really can’t go wrong. Now with any diet or nutrition plan you have to consult with a doctor first to ensure proper nutrition and maintain health but I can tell you that if you read this book it gives you all the tools and tricks to maximize the results and find a plan that works for you. There is not one specific way to IF and I appreciate Nick giving everyone options and being open to everyone’s own approach to IF. There is not one set way to IF and by reading this book it will allow you to learn each way and the benefits of each as well as the difficulties that come with each way of IF. Overall a great book and I will continue to reference it as I continue onto this healthy lifestyle and way of living. Kickass book Nick and congrats again!

Life Changing

If you are serious about wanting to improve the way you look and feel, then i highly recommend this book. I had previously heard Nick talk about intermittent fasting on Kris Gethin's "The Knowledge and Mileage Podcast," which made me want to learn more about fasting. This book is the encyclopedia on fasting and really opens your eyes as to the benefits of fasting. Since reading this I have been fasting for the last 3 weeks and my results have been amazing. My body fat percentage has dropped nearly 3% (10.8% as of Saturday morning). Not only do I look better, but I feel better and more energized. Do yourself and your body a favor read this book, it will change your life.

Way to expand your knowledge on fasting

I am have experimenting with intermittent fasting for almost a year now. This book explained to me how fasting can not only lose fat but the benefits of fasting. You also explain the proper order to eat foods in to improve your body’s overall performance. Overall it really helps you understand how to fast and experience all the benefits.

Good but not great...

The premise behind the book is good but its execution wasn’t what I expected. It seems to contradict the effort put forth by PHD’s with serious input into the world of fasting and time restricted eating.

Too much of the bro-science for my tastes.
