Not bad

This wasn’t the best book I’ve ever read. To be honest I got hardly nothing out of it until the last few pages. I have no clue why though. I will go back and read it again later. Hopefully I will gain more from it.

Realistic ways to obtain your goals

I liked this Audio because it was easy to follow, offered helpful tips and wasn’t too long to lose interest. I would recommend it to anyone who is feeling lazy or stuck and want to achieve motivation and a deeper sense of why.
