Not bad

This wasn’t the best book I’ve ever read. To be honest I got hardly nothing out of it until the last few pages. I have no clue why though. I will go back and read it again later. Hopefully I will gain more from it.

Great book for clarifying what self-discipline is

If you’ve read 20 books on self-discipline, maybe you won’t like this one. I almost didn’t read it because some reviews said that it is all common-knowledge. Well, if all this is just common knowledge, than call me stupid, cause for me it was not!
Sure, some of the stuff the author says is common knowledge, but most of the book is a great mumbo-jumbo-free manual on changing your life for the better.
The only bad thing is the narrator and the recording quality. More attention should have been paid to it. The book seems to have been recorded while editing the content or something, as there are obvious insertions and quality differences throughout the book.

Don't let the donut make you say, oh, not another diet book!

I like srory line and the speakers voice made me feel like anything could be successful as long as I have a plan and am honest with myself and stop right in the midst of a potential problem and have a discussion with myself and realize what it looks like to see my goal

Refresher to foundational success

Great read and will reread this book again. Applying new and old positive habits and eliminating excuses that keep me from success and having a balance life. I recommend this book to those that need to be refreshed and to those looking for structure and accountability components for winning.
