good book for social anxiety
I had very bad social anxiety i have had pretty much all my life so I enjoy learning new ways to help overcome that anxiety. This book was helpful for that and I also enjoyed the millionaire mindset part even though I was mainly here for the anxiety book it is a nice duo.
