Pass

I’ve been looking for a solid plant based keto book, and this isn’t it. This is a book for those who eat fish, dairy and eggs. The scientific material isn’t different from other keto books - been around since the 20’s as a medicinal method for epilepsy, cancer, etc. Not much difference and not plant based like the title suggests.
