worth the time and information
This is a short book that is straight to the point. if you are looking for education on this topic but on a time crunch, this is the book for you. 1 hour, everyone has an hour to spend. The best part is that it is the perfect length to listen to during a workout. allows you to really get that warrior mentality ingrained in you, and set goals for when you leave the gym. thank you William James for the awesome book. looking forward to your next one!
