Wonderful book!

A great learning approach.
There is a helpful explanation of keto vegan diet info in the beginning, also the recipes are fairly easy and useful. If you want to do low crab recipes then get this book. It will guide you about that.

This book has a nice summary of the history as well as a lot of educational information on reasons why people choose a Vegan lifestyle as well as what the benefits can be regarding one’s health.
