Helpful stuff

The Vegetarian Keto Diet cookbook for everyday is very helpful. It is filled with credible resources, delicious recipes. This book is definitely a gem, even for those that are not Vegan, or Keto, like myself.

Wonderful book!

I love the easy to understand explanations, the menus, and the delicious recipes. It contains some excellent recipes that will be great launching pads into my journey entering a keto lifestyle. This book is great for the Keto diet beginner.

Healthy recipes.

Basically the author enlisted here few vegan keto recipes and these are good for mind, body and soul. This is an informative book and you will get all the answers what you need to know. I found interesting recipes from this book, which is very tasty and easy to be made. You can recommend this book

A great learning approach.

There is a helpful explanation of keto vegan diet info in the beginning, also the recipes are fairly easy and useful. If you want to do low crab recipes then get this book. It will guide you about that.

Very nice

This book has a nice summary of the history as well as a lot of educational information on reasons why people choose a Vegan lifestyle as well as what the benefits can be regarding one’s health. I liked this book and would recommend it for those who wants to be fit and healthy. It is worth listening.

The health benefits are incredible.

There is just a ton of information. There are not many books for vegetarians. And this book turned out to be successful. Well compiled and many different recipes. It really a great buy for anyone who want to know more about becoming vegan.
