Exposing the horrors of animal cruelty!
First of all, I'm a health nut, and I enjoy learning about diets and wellness philosophy.
Right now, I am on a path to sustainable living. And I have decided on veganism/vegetarianism/plant-based diets as my main eating philosophy.
I admit I have back-slided on my personal health journey but after I finished this book, it really gave me the courage to face the reality of my current eating habits. I’m so sick of lacklustre performance at work and feeling lethargic all the time. I am tired of being tired and I’m SO ready to make a change.
If I could share one BIG takeaway after listening to this book, it is how much damage we are causing the environment and fellow living beings. The level of pollution and wastage is shocking! Not to mention the animal cruelty involved.
This book is packed with information so I find myself returning to previous chapters to really absorb all these knowledge. If you’re someone who loves re-learning and re-discovering, then this book would be perfect for you. However, if you’re someone who is easily distracted, unfortunately you might not get the most out of the book. This book is truly a one-stop platform for someone who is serious about getting healthy and well again.
While other books just give you a long “book report” on veganism, this book is easy to follow because it is filled with shocking facts and no-brainer health benefits that makes listening so easy.
I would recommend this to anyone who is sitting on the fence about switching to veganism.

Both of these books are well researched and very informative. Perfect for the person that is thinking about trying veganism but not sure how to do it. Lots of good beginner information on supplements and overcoming hurdles you might face. There are recipes you can use to get started and try out. Overall worth checking out. Everything you need to succeed with both diets is layed out for you in an easy to understand format.
