A great read that provides indepth knowledge on manipulation, tactics and avoidance. It provided clarity for my relationships and opened my eyes to myself and my approach. Wish I had started with this book on the topic of manipulation

Wonderful Information
I am on my third listen . This is the best book I have found on these subjects. The author spends just the right amount to get the information across to be understood by anyone without sounding overly talkative. Highly recommend this book. It has allowed me to change my life after years of being controlled and manipulated by my spouse. Thank you!
