I'm using this audio-series to develop more control over my breathing. Just completed day 12, all of them sitting down. I liked the narration pace and content, simple and effective. Sometimes I really like to carry the session deeper and that is where the instructor's voice is a little distracting at times. Then there are sessions where I am completely tuned to get in and out as the instructor chimes in. That is very subjective and hard to customize for an audio book on this platform! I suppose if there is workaround or suggestion to overcome this quirky request 😁 I will have to update my ratimgs to outperform (5+ stars) in all sections. Great value content, for free! Thank you 🙏

I work in sales and if one thing is certain is that nothing is certain in sales. This meditation helps me have control of my day and have also some consistency in a very unpredictable world.

I really like these and was shocked when I saw all the negative reviews. I have been through Mindfulness training and meditate fairly regularly but wanted to try something different so started this program. I have gone through the first 8 days and really enjoy them and find them quite doable. They start with just a few minutes and add a little time each day.

The narrator's voice is quite pleasant - I don't think he sounds at all like a motivational speaker - just friendly. He just greets you and then gets you started on systematic breathing, then leaves you to do it on your own, checking in with you now and then. Comes back at the end and wishes you a great day. Since Mindfulness Meditation is mainly just focusing on your breathing, this fits with it nicely.

Also I really enjoy the music.

I think it all depends on what you are expecting - many meditation programs have visualizations and positive affirmations and these do not have that.

If you have an interest in learning to meditate I recommend you give these a try. If you don't like it you can return it.

By the way, I listen on an IPod Shuffle and have no trouble. Each day I only put one day's meditation on the device. That makes it easier to go through the program in order.

the sounds and the guided meditation are wonderful but the topics are very short and the worst thing is that they speak very little about the new topics in the same chapter, it is sad and difficult to understand with the brief that the information is.
