Excellent narration for a very important book

Exactly what I needed
As I've moved into my early senior years, I have found that my moods swing from highs to lows much more than they ever did before, and I also have started experiencing brain fog. I never knew what people meant when they talked about brain fog, but now I know. This audio book has helped to explain the connection between the vagus nerve and every other system in the body including the gut and brain. The exercises are easy to do and I especially found the chapter on calming mood swings and eliminating brain fog to be exactly what I needed at this point in my life.
