Amazing book

Helpful to feel good about oneself

These are motivational affirmations, but this book is more than that. I really love how it also explains how to use the affirmations. It explains to you what the right environment is, how affirmations work, what to expect, to believe in yourself and the change that come from using the affirmations. Its all around very encouraging.
