Succeed in Public Speaking

Good, practical advice, albeit repetitive in some

I've been trying to pay more attention to the present moment; this book has some great tips and insight on getting there and I have noticed a significant improvement in my stress levels over the couple weeks I've been listening it. It does get a bit repetitive and could probably have been at least 30% shorter if it were edited more thoroughly.

Peaceful Mind

I've just started practising meditation and have used guided meditation techniques as a first step. I loved that this book gives some practical, easy tips to practise in an short period to continue with my learning the art. Highly recommended.

A book to achieve a free spirit

This was a great book . I appreciated the simple straight forward approach of this book. I would say to the author to proof read again as I came across some minor things. You'll know it when you see it. I highly recommended to all .

Works best for my son

This book is short, readable, based on proven research, and contains all sorts of easy-to-use checklists. I was surprised to learn how much of what I was doing as a parent was exacerbating (and not helping) our son's anxiety. The approach is very practical and it works.

Anxiety Relief

Really a great book.I read it the first time through and was blown away by the content and how applicable it was to how I have been feeling. I have been using the techniques described in the book, specifically the physical practices and have experienced incredible and fast relief from my anxiety. Mental toughness means when you mentally disturbed and mentally tired. This book will help to calm down and make fresh for the life.
