The journal prompts were especially helpful!

This guide was a great introduction to CBT and working on reframing your inner dialog. I really liked the accompanying PDF with the journaling prompts and questions towards the end. The introspection seems to be very helpful to be the best version you can be for the ones you love an serve. Highly recommend!
