Publisher's summary

With the mystery of the world deepening, John Sutton is running out of time.

The apocalypse is approaching as his Doom Points tick up and John is finding it harder and harder to keep it together. His deepening knowledge of magic seems to be helping but as a hidden society creeps out of the shadows, intent on throwing the world into chaos, it may not be enough.

The only good news seems to be the new crops springing up on his farm. Balancing his growing relationship with Ellie and the increasing productivity of the farm with the impending destruction of everything he fought for, John has no choice but to step back into the limelight, whether he wants to or not.

Adapted from the novel and produced with a full cast of actors, immersive sound effects and cinematic music!

Great performance, missing content

Track 5 is missing a huge important bit of the story, removes a lot of context. Hopefully this can be fixed soon, so I don't recommend getting this book if the book is still 8 hours 31 minutes.

Great performance but WHY

Why did they reduce so much of the Cloud Stone that added to the (Mority) not sure how it spelt. It removes a lot of the fighting and reason as why John is suddenly mad then again adds a line that says he's tired of fighting with no fighting being mentioned the entire time up to the point of the Cloud Stone Assembly

Made a great background character horrible.

So when Ellie and John visit to Moritoi tribe in this book Ellie is supposed to fight three wise women. They cut this out and made Ellie pathetic when she held her own against stronger better opponents that even cheated. This is what made John invoke the oath of destruction.

Not only did they do this but they made John fight the moon guardian which never happened just to make him look more bad ass... which really was not needed John has plenty of time to do that.
