Really appreciated this one!

I really appreciated this 2 in 1 for empowering women with ADHD and it's related workbook. The PDF is a nice bonus too! Many of the 15 different ways to slow down racing thoughts were new concepts for me, so I liked being able to expand the number of tools available. I Also really liked the section on embracing neurodiversity in order to change your mindset. The workbook was nice to have along with the guide, so I look forward to going thru it again along with the downloadable copy. I definitely recommend this one!

The Workbook Made the Difference

This is a great 2 in 1 self-help guide and workbook. I like having the book and the workbook together so that I can listen to the content as I read it, and then use the workbook that accompanies it to actually make changes in my life. I used to struggle with focus and mood swings. The workbook helped me to make new habits and be more organized. I am a much more productive person now than before I started using this toolkit and am also much happier.

Taming my ADHD

man I thought my ADHD would get better as I got older, but that is not the case. I wanted to learn some techniques to tame my ADHD, and I came across this two-book bundle. I love listening to it on my way to and from work. The books are well written and easy to follow. I am finding the workbook so easy to use, and I do feel like I am taking control.
