Fantastic and amazing
This book was very helpful for me. I realized that even as an adult my family had such a hold on me. I had allowed the negative messages through my life to convince me I deserved this treatment. Excellent Audiobook
Best one! Got this book so I can get over an awful work situation where my boss was an expert gaslighter. This book broke down gaslighting where it's approachable and this audiobook also didn't feel technical or clinical. Overall it had been really great for real person. Recommended!!

Simplistic Details of Gaslighting
I believe this book validated my decision to end my 19 year marriage three weeks ago. I experienced the abuse of a malignant narcissist. This book gave simple instructions on how to handle gaslighting on any level. It has now been revealed that my mother is a covert narcissist and after listening to this audible I feel empowered and free to walk away without feeling guilty that I may be neglecting her. For this I am grateful to have listened to this audible!
