How it was all laid out - easy to follow, great narratition and how the tips seemed to start working for me instantly.Have you listened to any of Jennifer Groberg’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Nope but her narration was excellent.Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Mindfulness can be a very powerful tool but you really need the right book to help you. I have tried several but most seemed full of nonsense or too difficult to follow. This one was different.I have recommended this to many friends already who are also seeing the benefits. Give it a try, even if this is not your usual sort of thing.
