Superb and stupendous

I loved the book, I own the printed, Kindle & Audible version ♥️
I suffer from BOOK FOMO 😅
Eilat’s simplistic, yet powerful writing coupled with her soothing voice is what made me listen and finish this 9 hour book in less than a week. As a therapist, I frequently refer the book to my clients as we could all use more self love.

Joyfully Wise yet Simple & Engaging

I simply LOVE this approach.
How often have I been told, "You're so hard on yourself" - and I've spent years as a health care professional helping people who are suffering, giving selflessly and generously to others and wondering why I burn out. I've read countless self-help books for 30 plus years...but this book has really opened my eyes and heart to a whole new, EASY, EXCITING way of being with ME, and the world at large! I've enjoyed listening to it, reading it and engaging in the process. This is no ordinary self-help book- but so much more...It gives access to engaging, FREE, online material, resources, videos etc www.ifilovedmyself.com which is amazing! I now can implement the difference between being self-less, selfish, self-care and self-love. And EVERY uncomfortable moment, in each day, is an opportunity to say, "YES" to me...and my patients, family and friends are all benefitting from this ripple effect. WOW - Powerful!

The underlying question we should all ask ourselves

This book hit me in many, if not all, categories. The simple question of, “if you loved yourself,” is simply not a concept I put 1st, until after some of the provided exercises. The examples of other people’s scenarios made sense. I find myself wanting to go back to listen to chapters when I am having a dilemma. Her delivery and understanding is wonderful! This book is a “pick it back up” and read all over again to catch different things that I may be needing at different times.
