Loved It

Drinking unsweetened green tea during fasting DOES ACTUALLY boost your weight loss, who knew? This book has little tips and tricks and recipes for making fasting not only bearable, but also fruitful. I have not only lost weight, but I also feel good about it.

So fasting is really good for women of all ages. but is crucial when you pass your 40. this book will tell you all the benefits, diet, exercises, all in one! It might be hard at the beginning so that's why is so important to go little by little so your body will adapt and get better. recommended.

This will be so useful.

This will be so useful. I found that it was generally simple for me to do 16/8 discontinuous fasting, and among that and removing sugar and most carbs I'm 5 lb down before long, and I'm a 61-year-old female, so that is exceptionally uplifting. I have begun with the berberine as she recommended also. Much obliged.
