Good for beginners

This book had some basic information about intermittent fasting slightly nuanced for women. Not heavy into the latest science and data for intermittent fasting so sadly I could not agree with some of the content. That being said, if you are just starting out your intermittent fasting lifestyle this had a couple tips worth noting. Main points were, do what your body is comfortable with, and listen to your body and it's personal needs and limitations. There was a larger chapter on recipes, likely a nice touch in a pdf download? That part was not for my body as I have so many restrictions but I hope you find this book helpful. In good health.

There's such a great

There's such a great amount in there however that it merits a re-tune in and increasing the book with notes. I'm adapting bunches of new things and I'm thankful for the way that this cookbook offers adaptable plans, reasonable for a wide range of dietary limitations.

Really helped!

Intermittent Fasting is not only a great tool for weight loss but also for a healthier you. The detail is fantastic and entertaining. People seeking to dive deeper into knowing their bodies on Keto should be highly recommended.

Well done! Brilliant book.

A book that would you burst out the certainty with yourself by having your fantasy body with discontinuous fasting! No doubt, this isn't the sort of technique you are utilized to. Would really suggest!

IF is safe for just about everyone, but women over 50 might hesitate to try it. This book is filled with all sort of great info on why you should try it, how it can help you, and what to do to get started. Excellent resource! I love it.
