I am extremely happy to listen to this book.

Lots of simple, tasty recipes with ingredients. A lot of the recipes do have more than 5 ingredients, but those are usually salt and pepper, butter. Normal cupboard, fridge items. LOVE the pancake recipe and the peanut butter cookie recipe. Anybody should be able to find recipes that you can get on the table in a short time. Pretty sure this cookbook, will be a favorite.

The guidelines and recipes are very well prepared with information and understanding to have a healthy meal for any time of the day for a healthy life living in keto. Overall Awesome!

I am mostly happy with this cookbook

There are a number of recipes that require cooking in addition to the crock pot, ie on the skillet before or after cooking in the crock pot, hence the 5 stars. But there are a number of good recipes in here that I’ve tried, and quite a few more that I am looking forward to tasting.

Informative and effective guide

Great simple recipes for a busy family! I really enjoy some of these recipes. This is the Best new product on the market, fast and easy. This would be a great shower or wedding present. The recipes are easy to follow with clear instructions. I can confidently recommend this book.

I highly recommend this audio book

I’ve been doing Keto for about a month now and I gotta say that I wish I would have bought this book from day one! It is a great guide for the diet itself in general and it also has so many ideas for quick and easy crockpot recipes!!

Great listen

After looking through this cook book I think I can do it this time! Simple meals, so easy to make, can be budget minded and the leftovers will be good! I'm going in much more optimistic this time.

Very helpful guide!

I'm loving this cookbook ... I've tried several recipes and so far all of them are keepers. I have several more marked to try. I still think this book is awesome and highly recommend.

Useful book!!

An excellent book and keto diet gives results and many recipes consist of different products and in this book, there are only 5 ingredients that are important in the keto diet and these products are easy to find in any store and now i use this book as the basis for main courses and i like cooking and have much interested in learning western recipes and different favors of food makes my life more enjoyable.

Amazing! I love this cookbook! This book will teach you how to use and learn the proper handling of this amazing Crock Pot. It will help you eliminate stress in preparing healthy foods. Also the recipes are really great. Would highly recommend this book!
