Would highly recommend this book!

I like the recipes in this cookbook, it has a good variety of meals and methods of cooking. There is a detailed explanation of Ketogenic eating. Most people think of a diet as something they do to lose weight. The Ketogenic diet is also a healthy maintenance eating plan. It is healthy and the recipes are flavorful and tasty and most are easy to make as the author gives good directions.

This is a great reference guide!

This is a terrific intro into the ketogenic diet. It tells you what you need to remove from your pantry and what can stay. And it tells you what you need to stock in to get started. You don't have to be an expert cook to whip up the recipes either - and they're pretty delicious. It would be nice to have more pictures of the recipes, but even without them I love this book and am glad I bought it.

Really delicious looking recipes!

I gave it 5 stars because there are some really great mouth watering recipes. However, I can’t make toast.. I so want to try.. but I have zero patience in the kitchen (I can clean it all day but god forbid I actually use and dirty my stove) idk.. have labeled things my guys would eat but haven’t turned the stove on yet....

Fantastic Guide for Beginners!

I love this book. It made the keto diet exceptionally easy to understand. The recipes included in the book are phenomenal as well. With the help of this book and the keto diet, I was able to fit back into my favorite jeans post-baby. My mother-in-law also borrowed this book when getting into keto & she's now lost 50 pounds! Excellent!

This book is amazing.

As a beginner, I was seeking information and this book was the answer to my questions. It provided the science behind the Ketogenic Diet and the results that can be achieved thru adhering to the recommended foods and preparation. The menus I have tried are very good, flavorful and satisfying. I find I am not hungry as often and have lost my sweet tooth. Yay!

Great Information

The diet seems easy enough to follow for someone who eats meat. I wanted to find out about the Keto diet, and I will have to pass on this one. I am a strict vegan, so much of what is being share will be hard to follow. However, there is some very useful information on the level of carbs in your foods, and the measurements I can apply to my everyday life. I thank the author for writing this book, and I hope she can write how vegans can accomplish the same with a meat free, egg free, dairy free diet.

I am so glad I picked this book!

This book is everything I was looking for to offer my PT clients. It also is SIMPLE/easy to read and follow, which also is very much necessary. I have several books on ketogenics but none this easy to follow and offers not only explanations, but easy food menus and grocery lists. I am ordering more and each client will get one with their initial agreement.

Very informative and easy to understand.

This is a very useful book for those wanting to change their way of thinking about diets! It’s not about “ Diets “ it’s about the way you want to feel inside as well as outside, it’s a walk to a lifetime of wellness,energy,etc.I rated this book a 5star because I am now on my journey to feeling so much better, body,mind, and soul!

Great book for beginners.

Love this book! This is my go book for many reasons. This book prepared me for starting Keto and what to expect once I started. There are great recipes that are easy and delicious for everyone that wants to make the lifestyle change of Keto. The book explained all the aspects of Keto and put it in easy terms to understand. This book is so helpful! It's informative and guides you in the right direction by giving you recipes and the shopping lists to go with all the ingredients each meal requires. Everything from smoothies to snacks to main courses can be found in this book. It has helped me stay on track during my keto diet journey.
