Very helpful in so many ways!
Needed to hear the words in this book. Fifty-eight years of living my life avoiding conflict and as a result, lived the years according to how everyone else dictated. I have found my voice and I am using it. It isn’t easy, but in self preservation, a necessity. With a poor breast cancer prognosis looming over my head, I’m finally living my life as I dictate. I find joy in each day free from the chains of niceness, now replaced with honesty and kindness. Thank you.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, in fact, I just finished listening to it and I'm ready to start it again so that I can absorb even more of it.
