There is hope!

I’m 51 and have pain, sleepless nights, excessive weight gain, brain fog… I’m really excited to know there is hope.

It won’t be easy but it is not impossible.

I purchased the hard copy of FAST LIKE A GIRL and thought I’d check this title out. I’m glad I did and can’t wait for the book to arrive so I can get started. My husband is going to join me me.

I appreciate the meditation session included. To easily access, I’ve bookmarked it.

Refers more to her previous book than new info

This book is not what is contained in the preview, which sounded so interesting I sent it to others even before I listened. Then found this information to be missing in the content of the book...real shocking. She refers to her previous book more than you can imagine.

Just pulled up the PDF to see if there was something that I missed and this is what it says..."For complete details and recommendations for the different eating styles during your 30-Day Fasting Reset, please see Dr. Mindy’s book, FAST LIKE A GIRL, where you’ll also find advice on preparation for fasting as well as an advanced reset schedule for experienced fasters."
