Easy to digest and packed with how tos!
Buy this! This course is fantastic! Simple explanations and instructions that ANYONE can put into practice. I’ve read and listened to Fast Like a Girl and Eat Like a Girl, as well as The Resetter Podcast and this was a great investment that I could revisit quickly and it made it easier to share this important skill with my family!
