Simple but Helpful

I'm new to audio book due to eye pain, and accidentally listen to 10% happier podcast where the author become a guest there, I decided to bought this audiobook and did not regret it. The author voice is very soothing very compassionate, the meditation is not complicated and bring me to an ease, I think I will come back to this book again and again, even If hopefully I won't be no longer in pain.

This book has helped me so much!

I have been struggling with nerve pain since February, and the idea of mindfulness for coping with pain is a new idea for me and the author does a fantastic job of laying out different strategies. A dear friend of mine is a former student of the author, and she recommended this book. I'm so glad she did! I find the author's voice to be so comforting, and I love how the chapters are laid out. If I have just seven or eight minutes at work, I can choose a meditation that fits the time and I go back to work refreshed. I have been listening to This book since I purchased it two weeks ago. I finished it several days ago but I keep re-listening to parts of it and doing the meditations. This is a tool I will keep for life. Thank you so much Dr. Wolf!
