perfect for all. great for those new

excellent narration. sometimes we struggle to just let go of what is niggling us, this really helps to put that in perspective.

I could listen to him talk ALL day.

In a soothing voice, the message makes you think and really focuses the attention inwards. The short mediation has helped me ease into practicing the grounding of myself even after I'm done listening. The mediation carries meaningful weight and gifts so much self understanding. Truly loved it.

lifesaver

I am very greatful to audibile for having these guided meditations and sleep meditations available, and alot of them are free, they have really taught me alot about mindfulness. there are many nights when my mind is racing mostly on negative thoughts and I am trying to go to sleep I start to feel panicked and even angry because I feel Soo tierd but I just can't shut down my mind and the more I think the more panicked and depressed I feel. if audibile hadn't of had these available and for free I don't know if I would have ever discovered them. I had heard of mindfulness before but I didn't realize the usefulness of the techniques these meditations taught. they are probably the only thing that has helped me.

Worthwhile meditation

This a worthwhile meditation and more on the awareness type of meditation. Unlike calming or soothing meditation, this takes practice and time and am probably a long way to reach there. However, I enjoyed it and would certainly practice it slowly over time.

Excellent!

Hi sideas and vioce are perfect for me. His ideas keep me on this side of crazy. And his soothing voice has calmed diffucult anxiety attacks. All aroind this short sudio book has made a large difference in the life of someone with severe anxiety and PTSD issues. I am grateful to have found it.

Perfect after a day of meetings

This is exactly what I needed to calm my mind after back to back meetings about nothing. In the end that is all the amounted too.

Bram is the man.

This is a short but helpful reminder to be thankful for the good moments in your life. Like other reviewers, I wish this were a little longer, but Bram packs a lot into eight minutes. There are examples of things that can spark happiness, a way to approach this practice if you’re new to meditation or having trouble focusing, and Bram’s voice is lovely. I like that there are no chimes or distracting sounds in this recording. The length wouldn’t be a problem if there were a way to string several of these meditations together to play for an amount of time you specify. All of Bram’s meditations are wonderful! I’m looking into whether Alexa can create this feature.
