Weight loss perfect guide !!!
I've tried different ways to lose weight rapidly. I've never succeeded ... I always thought that it's a simple process that will take me few days to start seeing big changes in my body as some GURU's and the media promoting it ... losing weight required the right mindset, knowledge, nutrition baggage, and a strategy to work on. This is basically what I found in this book, it's been my true guide to acquire new skills and change my mindset to do what really works and get rid of mythical manners that I used to believe in, " when you have a realistic approach to anything in life, you understand better, and you will be good at it" that's the book conclusion, I highly recommend it to everybody with tons of misconceptions and myths about the industry.

How do you eat a whale?
One bite at a time! How do you stop BEING a whale? One bite at a time! Weight loss isn't rocket science. It TRULY IS eat less, and move more. That's IT. However, changing eating habits and lifestyle habits you've had your whole life can be difficult. That's where this book comes in handy. It's a great resource in a succinct sub-3 hour production to help you start thinking and changing what you need to do with your life to really achieve the weight loss success and sustained maintenance that you crave. I'm happy I found it, and I'll happily recommend it to family and friends.

Very informative
I have to admit that I had to start this book several times before I could really get into it. There was a lot of information at the beginning and it took awhile for it all to fall into place that it made sense. But when it did I found all of the information to be very good and helpful. There Were realistic tips and tricks to help guide you in eating healthy.

This audiobook was just what I needed!
Having just started making a better me one month ago, this Audio was great information to keep me motivated, and to help me get the most out of my exercise routines!
I love how the author talked through why: 'fad diets' don't work, how to eat clean, rewarding yourself, switching up exercises, and 10 minute work outs!
This is a must read/listen if you are starting a self improvement journey.

Great information to start you started
Losing weight has always been a challenge. Small Steps Habits for Weight Loss Success has great information that everyone needs Hilary Mills narrates perfectly as some audiobooks are hard to understand but she is perfectly clear and great to listen to. Each step inside the audiobook is clearly stated and easy to follow. The addition of the PDF book is helpful if you chose not to purchase the book. The bonus Journal checkbook will keep you accountable.

After a decade I am finally losing the weight
I feel like a brand new human!!! For years I struggled with my weight and would always fall back to bad habits. I felt depressed and out of control. This book gave me the motivation to finally drop the weight and fit into my old pants. When I pulled them up around my waist for the first time, I cried tears of joy. All those years of not being comfortable in my own skin are long gone. I look at myself in the mirror and have a deep love for my body. I can go to the pool or beach and feel proud of sharing my body with the world. That feels better than any dessert I ever ate. Don't hesitate to pick up this book!

Good advice
As someone who has been working on losing weight for years and had many many fails. This book gave a lot of sound advice. They aren’t trying to sell you a fix-all pill or claim you will lose all of your weight in the next 10 days. This book supports the idea of created good habits and reminds you that anything worth achieving (like weight loss) is a journey, you didn’t gain the weight over night so you shouldn’t expect to lose it over night. I love how this book starts off with a lot of positive thinking, and really reinforces the concept of weight loss is just as mentally challenging as it is physically, if you are constantly telling yourself you can’t do it, then you are more likely to fail. You get advice on how to keep your mind set in a positive state, given examples of some exercises to do. I also really liked how they stated that not every diet plan works for every body, what works for one person may not work for someone else, it isn’t a one size fits all, so don’t be discouraged if plan A didn’t give you results. I am going to listen to this book a couple more times through out my journey because I fill that it really helped me get back into the mind set I need to be in to start loosing weight again.
