Being highly sensitive can be overwhelming; you see, smell, hear, or perceive things in a way that others don't and it sometimes feels as if others don't understand you - some people may even think you are making things up.

As you move through the different motions of life, it can feel as if you don't belong because of the excessive stimuli that you get from everywhere when others are getting none of it.

How do you use your gift as a highly sensitive person to get ahead in life?

Insights are unique and turn me perceive deeply

Excellent info, garnered and gathered, then delivered in the style of a pamphlet more than a book. No personal feeling from the author. Rather formulaic. Yet there is much sage advice mixed in.

A simple, practical approach to overcoming fear.

I literally couldn’t put this book down and read it in hours. McDonagh presents real, logical, accessible ways using his DARE methodology to overcome feelings of anxiety and panic in an easy-to-read narrative. It’s the kind of book you will mark up with a pen, recommend on social media, and snap pictures of pages to share with friends. I highly recommend this book for those seeking help with their own anxiety, and for people struggling to understand the feelings of their anxious loved one. This book will help!
