useful but nothing new

it's a great refresher book for those that need a quick reminder on healthy morning routines, however I feel that if you have already have the discipline to read and finish this book you already know most of the information presented in it and in some way practice these actions.

Just Brillant Love structural positive examples

Highly recommend this audiobook. REALISTIC AND REWARDING listen. I personally found The Morning Mind very helpful to check in with my own work and college student habits. Great for getting started for work and life balance.

Pseudo Science trojan horse

Credibility dives off a cliff at the 5th chapter. I would not buy this if you wanted a scientific breakdown of morning cycles.
