About this listen

Deep inside Minkalla's depths Matt, Liz, Aster, and Susanne just fought one of the strongest monsters they have ever encountered. But their delve isn't over yet.

Three floors remain and each promises to push them past their perceived limits.

There is no escape. There is no higher Tier to get them out of trouble.

The only things they can rely on are themselves and the rest of the party.

Don't miss Book 7 of this action-packed fantasy adventure that blends everything you love about LitRPG with Xianxia.

About the series: This is a mix between LitRPG and Xianxia. It's like a car that looks like a LitRPG with dungeons and skills, but the interior and engine are all Xianxia. It features a magic system and progression system that are logically and internally consistent, as well as realistic fight scenes and a rational MC.

Awesome continuation, weird focus

Have been waiting for this to come out, but was a little bored by the *spoilers* repeated lives story arc, that kept going on and on, while it is important to the characters, I feel it could have been told more succinctly without the several hours spent on that part.

Drawn out

big fan of the series but the alternative lives section of the book was way longer than was necessary.

man I really wanted to like this

I've been really into this series, it's had some slow parts and some slip ups. But I found myself wondering when the meat of this book was going to start, this was about half way through the book. there are important character moments, but I really found myself wanting to skip through the constant rehashing of themes, there seems to be parts of the book that felt like it could have used more detail, and parts of the 'filler' I found myself wondering why it was included.

overall, I don't really feel like it was worth the credit. I hope the next one is better

The story continues

While not my favorite and kind of Dull to be honest it was still a lot of good ground work laid out for what is to be a pretty epic war.

The author does a good job adding in things that take a lot of time but not making you feel like your missing to much.

Long but Short

Great story and I'll definitely get the next one. BUT, I feel the story was dragged out. With how long the book was, it didn't progress very far. At least the book was still interesting.

Book 6 & 7

Book 6 & 7 should really only be one book. The author keeps going off on random characters stories. I don’t mean like 3 or 4 people. No it’s more like a dozen random people. This happens throughout both books. It’s annoying and just extends the story which is probably why the author did it. I get the side stories sorta. I’m sure the author is trying to give a better overall experience of Minkalla, but it’s too much. Overall the story is still good. It just gets old seeing authors throw extra stuff into the story just to extend the storyline. It’s like in book 1 when the author explains Matt mana skill out to level 45 or so. Why? For me, it’s too much information at that moment. Explain it later on when the character is near that level because I won’t remember it from book 1.

too much filler

too many random character inserts, and the false life floor was ridiculously long. do better.

so much wasted time on that one challenge

wasted like 2 hours on all 4 group members POV in that one challenge. Then had to listen to Liz explain it all again. Just stick to Matt's PoV on these things and use quick explanations for other characters.
