Very Motivational and informative! Awesome book!!

This book is fabulous. I loved how the author included stories from real people struggling with their weight loss journey. My favorite parts were the positive affirmations that most people need so I often to continue their journey. We need to hear more this!

Very motivating!!

This book is very motivational and to the point! Becoming the best and most healthiest version of yourself is very important to living a long and healthily life and this book really helped me get started on my journey!
