Choose what is important to you. Start with that. These are some of my takeaways. Pick one habit to start or build on existing habits. Start small. It takes 66+ days to create a habit. You can do this. YOU can organise your home and workspaces. Turn your current routines into new actions to manage your life. An audiobook is a great way to learn new things for people with ADHD. We can focus on the audio and shut out everything else. Put an eye mask on if you need to. Okay, so you might fall asleep, but reading can be torture and you can go back and listen again and again. You don't have to hunt for that part you were looking at, you can search the book. Customize your way to organise. You got this!

This is brilliant

I got this for my adult nephew who has ADHD. He's struggled with organization his entire life and although he's a great young man, his brain just works differently. I was so impressed with this audiobook - the recommendations this author makes for helping someone with ADHD declutter and organize their life are so smart. I would have never thought of most of these things, and my nephew is finding it easy to implement them. This book basically taught him how to turn a weakness into a superpower, and I can tell he's enjoying getting more control of this part of his life. If you have ADHD and need help with organization, or if you have a family member who could benefit from this, I think you'll find a lot of great information here.

Great Resource for anyone with ADHD!

This guide really helped with ADHD. I loved how she made organizing all visual. By creating spaces to hold all things needed on a daily basis. With ADHD it is often out of sight out of mind mentality. This book really helps with getting things done by creating rituals and habits that stack upon each other. Taking control of your environment is the key to getting things done in a timely manner without all the distractions that deter your plans. If you want to stop feeling defeated, read this book and follow the recommendations to gain control of your life.

Learning to use my super power

Growing up, ADHD was tough to deal with but also tough to make friends. I was always too scattered to make lasting relationships, even with myself. As an adult, I now know my ADHD can also be a superpower, but I needed to learn how to harness it. This audiobook is teaching me just that. It is giving me the skills to improve all aspects of my life, especially around the house. Getting organized has never been this much fun. Great book!

Clutter equals stress

The pasrt of this book I liked the most is why clutter can be especially stressful for people with ADHD. Clutter creates cognitive overload adding to daily stress. But instead of just pointing out the problem, this book offers a roadmap for regaining control, one practical solution at a time. I loved the ADHD-specific tips, like using visual cues, breaking tasks into bite-sized actions, and setting up simple routines that actually stick.

Helpful for everyone, even if you don't have ADHD!

As someone who doesn’t have ADHD but often struggles with keeping things organized, I found this audiobook incredibly insightful and practical. While it’s tailored for ADHD brains, the tips and strategies are universally helpful for anyone seeking a clutter-free life. The author’s empathetic approach and focus on small, actionable steps resonated with me. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by perfectionism or massive to-do lists, I learned how to build sustainable habits and celebrate progress—even if it’s just one drawer at a time. This audiobook reminded me that organization isn’t about being perfect; it’s about creating a space that supports your life. Whether you have ADHD or not, the strategies shared here can inspire a simpler, more stress-free way of living.

Help for those with ADHD on a daily basis

Before I listened to this book, I had no idea those with ADHD were considered 'chronically unorganized'. I guess it was the first of many things I learned from this book. While ADHD isn't my diagnoses, I felt the author did a great job explaining how the condition leads to other situations, such as cleaning and organizing problems for some. By creating a plan and simple steps to follow, the author sets the table for those afflicted to make improvements in their own household as well as life.

The included cleaning checklist will only help even more individuals, as some are visual learners and could always uses the extra help/
