Guide for Helping My Brother and Me
I bought this book to help my brother as he has always struggled with managing his ADHD. He tried lots of methods and they all felt overwhelming. He would end up frustrated. This book has been a breath of fresh air. The strategies are simple and he sticks with them and they really seem to work. He is already starting to feel more in control. It is amazing to see him tackle his day without that constant stress. And the advice on focus and time management has been a huge bonus for me. If you are looking to support someone with ADHD or even improve your own routines this book is fantastic and practical resource. I strongly recommend it.
