ADHD Cleaning Made Simple

This audiobook is a great help for anyone with ADHD who struggles with cleaning and organizing. I liked how it focused on simple and quick steps, like spending just 10 minutes a day to make real changes. The tips felt practical, especially using hyperfocus for cleaning tasks and learning how to bounce back after slipping into old habits.

Listening to it can make you feel motivated and less overwhelmed by chores. It reminded me that it’s okay to be imperfect and can encourage you to work with your ADHD, not against it. If you want an easy-to-follow guide for a cleaner, calmer life, this is worth a try!

Read this if your life feels scrambled!

I picked up this book because I was tired of my life feeling so scrambled all the time, and it did not disappoint! My favorite thing about this book is that the author truly tailors this to people who struggle with ADHD. Yes, there are some general tips mentioned, but they always make sure they apply them to how they impact people with ADHD differently. My favorite chapter is the one with the daily routines and systems. This chapter gave so many ways to keep your days organized that I actually feel like I can do without stressing about ANOTHER to-do list. There is so much emphasis on flexibility, which also takes the pressure off when, inevitably, something does not go exactly the way you planned it. I can't wait to implement the practices in this book and I am confident they will help you as well!

Makes Organization Simple, Efficient and Doable

Executive function, time management and motivation differences for an ADHD brain was interesting. Emotionally attached to possessions was something I had to think about seriously. Good progressive learning experience tools to master ADHD, not just live with it gave me hope. Ten-minute decluttering sessions doable suggestion. Liked storytelling method when decluttering. Art of creating task list in A, B and C method useful information. Digital applications available are noted. Novelty, urgency--moving essential to back burner prevention methods are good. Effective prioritize tasks tips and techniques very detailed. Organization is dynamic not a destination, good point. Practice makes permanent is a good motto.

ADHD Made easy

I won't say too much about the book, but you should certainly pick it up. The author's writing style is straightforward to read, and while it is quick and concise, it is comprehensive and employs a simple yet attractive vocabulary. One of the book's recurring qualities is that it introduces a problem (such as time management or organization), provides brief examples of the problem, and then proposes ways and/or strategies for evaluating and resolving the issue.

Organization made to be so much more possible!!!

I have tried so many times to try to be organized and clean either my home, garage or office. Always overwhelmed, always feeling defeated and felt I could not ever move past it. To be able to have ways that can work in mastering my projects is priceless! I have always wanted to be organized but didn’t know the best methods to navigate them. There is so much information that makes it possible to overcome these projects in simple steps, things I didn’t know how to do before! It is very helpful and I have already taken the knowledge it gave to accomplish some projects. It made it possible to breeze through with the steps it shared in the audiobook! I’m actually excited to take more projects on because I am more confident in the steps to get the jobs done! This is an audiobook that is needed or ANYONE who needs help with organization support!
