Dating myself there. The author didn’t get caught up in all the statistics that seem to rob these wonderful stories of all their character. It’s a nailbiting romp through worlds of chaos. All the way through to the last paragraph you really don’t know what’s going to happen. It’s very well done. Thank you.

I would love nothing more than to sink my teeth into an actual game just like this.
Story is pretty good alot more action and less world building than first book.
Luke Daniels does an amazing job! Again! Can not wait for Book 3!

The first book was very good. This second book was even better. I could hardly put it down. The Audible narration was excellent. I went through the book in two days.

loved this book it picks up right after the first and we get to see our hero working with both new allies and old enemies to defeat what nobody thought could be stopped. loved this book and this series reminds me of my old command and conquer days. if the author reads this please make more .

As always, the narration by Luke Daniels is impeccable. The progression from single player battles to planet spanning team fights was exceptional.

Great storyline, only wish you get to know some of the commanders a bit better. Backstory etc, but I can’t wait for the next story

This review may be tainted for better or worse because I was waiting over a month for this sequel to drop, during so I re-listened the first book probably 5 times…

I loved it! The new perspective was a fresh take on the prior novel and the voice acting was spot on ( no surprise there) as a prior RTS player this really seems to place you into critical points of a game and the narration let’s your mind draw the map it takes place on.

Without giving anything away, if you have enjoyed real time strategy games at any point of your life this book will leave you wanting to fire up Supreme commander for just one… more …game…

Very good sequel with a new perspective

So normally I like more interaction between the characters but due to the nature of the the story it happens a little but more as the story progresses. Lots of action and I am not sure how long the series might be for the mc to reach his personal goal. So I'm buying the next book and I will see how good the next one is.
