This stuff works!

Actually utilized these concepts around 20 years ago to great results. I got lost in all the Keto and intermittent fasting which only confuses. This is so straight forward and effective!

Great information - will put into practice & see

It the opposite of what has worked so well the last 2.5 years with Keto & carnivore. I intermittent fast often and love it so the mono plan will be fun to try.

Very powerful industries that have billions of dollars to lose would hate to see stuff in this book implemented. It is very well written and well read.

Fan for Life

I’ve been a Harvey and FFL fan and advocate since the first book. Over the years I’ve strayed some but always come back to the core principles of this wonderful way of living. It works. Highly recommended.

Snake Oil

If you want to know what this book says, I will tell you in this brief review. Periodically you should eat fruits and vegetables or do some fasting. Drink the cleanest water you can. Other than that this book is contradictory on several occasions and cherry picks studies and anecdotes to support the authors claims.

Seems like quackery

I thought this book would have more science-based content in it. Instead, it speaks generically of “toxins” and truth ignored by the medical establishment. For those with a basic understanding of health and nutrition, no new information is presented, and what is new seems to veer into pseudoscience and conspiracy theory.
