This meditation is fine, but not my cup of tea. The guide ascribes specific thoughts to the listener in the scenario rather than just describing the setting.

I love this guided meditation. Trains actually do put me to sleep as I grew up around them with my dad working for the railroad his entire life. I've listened to this for several nights now and it works like a charm. This was the most clever idea for a meditation. It's a must have.

I have a hard time with meditation. I keep trying but somehow it doesn't connect in my head. This was better than average and if you get it then this is for you. I'm going to give this one another chance to make my brain understand. Good but not great for me.

I have listened to a number of meditation audiobooks and this one is very different because it involves "taking" a train journey. It is well written...it feels like you really are on the train! The narrator's voice is soothing and blends into the story rather than standing out. If you have difficulty falling asleep then you should try this audiobook.

Never been one for mediation, but recently with so much stress in my life I have been trying new things. This book is awesome! Loved the narration and the ideas it brought fourth in reducing stress. I loved the journey the narrator and author took you on and afterwards I admit I was well relaxed!

This meditation was a little different from the others I've listened to. The soothing voice of the narrator accompanied with the sounds effects of the train whistles was surprisingly pleasant. I highly recommend you give this meditation a try.
