Helpful for my gut health

This is just a great book! Because it packs in a large amount of valuable gut health information into a very short read.
So, basically, every word was important.

Wonderful audiobook!

This audiobook has extremely important information on the gut and how so many things can affect it. I think most people already have an unhealthy diet and then add on stress which makes things very tough on the gut and its overall health. Great!

I value my health and this is a perfect reminder and pick me up of how I can heal my body starting with the gut. Today there is so much of fast and easy food that’s not the healthiest. I love this audio! Whenever I start to neglect my health, I’m going to listen !

The author has provided an explanation and information on the gut, digestive system, exercise and stress management as all these things can have an effect on your gut health. A must read

I absolutely loved this audiobook and found it so interesting! Growing up, my mom always shared tips and recipes on optimizing digestion and having a healthy gut. I remember taking probiotics and watching what kind of aliments we ate. Still, this book has so much more information and explanations on how it made a difference in our bodies.
