About this listen

Sir Crabby McCrabbington, Lord of the Coast and High Crab of the Realm, thought he had escaped the dungeon...

Only to enter claw first into a wider conflict. Unknown to the rest of the Arthos, the dungeon monsters have fought an unending undersea war against CORRUPTION. A conflict that is steadily progressing.

Sir Crabby finds himself stuck between new friends, new enemies, and worse as the gods look from on high. With a jaunty tune, and the heart of a hero, he must find the means to survive and escape from the Army of....

INCURSION CITY.

Bestseller Ryan Rimmel, author of Noobtown, teams with Boe Hagen to bring you this hilarious and unique LitRPG Series about the most unlikely of heroes who gains access to a System, and all the wacky adventures that ensue.

Overall another good story, but somebody should have caught Phil reciting a fish-based parody of "Gory Gory" to a marching cadence and had him re-record that part for the final product

I get that the production company probably can't have him sing the parodies of the copyrighted songs, but "Gory Gory" is public domain, and hearing him chant it to the cadence of the "I don't know" army chant was just painful to listen to.

Nothing against Phil Thron. He's one of my favorite narrators and it's entirely possible he's never heard "Gory Gory." This is mostly on the producers for not catching it in time to fix.

Just one problem

It takes a good writer to make a book both whimsical and epic at the same time. It takes a great writer to make an epic callback to a whimsical start. [Redacted] is the perfect moment for both (and yes, that was an intentional reference.)

A beautiful work

a good continuation from the first book. I don't know what I was expecting when the last book ended, but this picked up where it left off and makes sense.... drafted into the army for war efforts. have to do training. then missions go awry. Once more, Crabby finds himself at the center of things, working to save the world

yeah, I liked it.
