Enjoy a new healthy lifestyle

This book explains the different ways to do intermittent fasting. Intermittent fasting can help you lose weight and reset your metabolism. There is a chapter on how to do intermittent fasting while on menopause and a chapter on how to help your menopausal symptoms. There are a couple of meal plans for different IF methods and plenty of recipes to try!

Promoting Longevity and a Fulfilling Life

Well researched and easy to follow. I will keep this handy to reference from time to time so I can follow the advice inside.
This book is ideal for:

Women who want to lose weight and improve their health by intermittent fasting
Women who want to adopt a healthy diet and lifestyle
Women who want to start intermittent fasting on their own.
This book gave me some good background and tips on how to do it without harming my body. It is a good book for people in their late forties heading to their fifties. I think anyone above eighteen can probably do well in this fast. I love the information it has to offer.

Great!

I`m searching for information about new diet type for my Mom. We talk about changes in her menu and appetite. She said that she had needed less than three meals a day last few years. So she was thinking about new diet plan. I have found this book. And I see that you can combine your favorite diet with intermitted fastings. There can be Keto, Mediterranean, plant-based, Paleo, low carb, or other diets. Great!

A short and readable book

A short and readable book that stays well focused on what IF is and how to make it work. Based on well documented research and three approaches to IF that allow just about anyone to work out a way to use the power of intermittent fasting to improve and maintain good health. Included is an excellent listing of studies that are related to the use of IF.This time I will follow the IF Diet better so I will actually get the results I’m looking for. Once completed losing 5-10 lbs. it will be much easier to recommend others to read and try the IF Diet.

The New Rules for Women's Health

An excellent book. The science is so simplified as to make the text minimally technical and therefore very readable, whilst retaining the degree of factual science required to confirm the principle.I have a keen interest in nutrition and over the years have experimented with most diets out there in the quest to maintain a healthy relationship with food and keep my weight in check, following an eating disorder in my early 20s. Funnily enough, I have always gravitated intuitively towards intermittent fasting, well before I knew there was a term for it, as I have never been a breakfast person. This book is certainly worth a read.

This is an excellent book

This is an excellent book for an easy diet that can help women over 50 balance their hormones and achieve the healthy lifestyle goals they desire
The benefits of IF are numerous for women over 50 and people in general, including lower risks of various diseases, longevity, helps metabolism, cellular repair, reduces inflammation, boosts your immune system, and weight loss. Additionally, there are other benefits such as its convenience- you could spend less time cooking, cleaning, planning, and preparing foods, and it doesn’t affect your ability to eat out.

Intermittent Fasting for Women

This book gives you the foundation and basics of Intermittent Fasting. What it is, why it works and how to do it correctly. This is probably one of the best books I have read on intermittent fasting. This author just seemed to know their stuff and conveyed it well.
This book will tell you the different ways to do intermittent fasting and help you choose the one for you. It explains what you can and can't eat, along with some nice recipes and some exercises to get you to going.

Great read and highly informative.

I've read quite a few books on the benefits of fasting, including Nicole Gibbs . But this book seems to bring everything together in what I felt was a more simplistic, just-go-out-and-do-it manner, which I liked. I also liked the fact there are recipes here too. All in all, a great read and highly informative.This book gave me something my doctors signally did not: hope. Thank you
