About this listen

Books 1-4 in the Leveling up the World LitRPG series are now available in this special bundle. With countless miniature worlds locked inside of sentient items, adventure never ends!

After his first college party, Dallion wakes up alone in a small medieval village in the middle of nowhere. First, he needs to figure out where he is and how to survive a mysterious world filled with magic and monsters.

Then, he must uncover the secrets of being 'awakened,' which is apparently what he is. Objects in this new world are sentient, allowing the 'awakened' to mend or upgrade them by traveling into any object's unique realm and defeating the guardians that lie within.

So many worlds to explore... So much time...

Experience a unique spin on Isekai LitRPG filled with countless new pocket-realms to explore. A zero-to-hero slow-build Progression Fantasy you won't be able to put down, now in this special edition box set!

I made it half way into book 4 before I just couldn’t take it anymore. The premise is good. The leveling system is unique and sets the stage but… All the advice given is completely ignored. Better to have no one advising the guy than to blatantly disregard all of the dialogue from multiple old and wise figures. Don’t get me wrong… when I was this kids age I likely wouldn’t have listened either but to then be rewarded for stupid mistakes every single time?! Jumping to conclusions based on nothing? Well it’s not correct and is detrimental to you and everyone one around but… rewarded? The fact that the only lesson for the MC is to do anything in the dumbest way possible to gain becomes his M.O. and is like positive reinforcement to do it again.

This MC is so frustrating!

The story is super captivating. I can say after the 80 hours of listing the next book I plan on buying is the 5 book in the series. The MC is interesting without being OP. The author walks well the fine line between Supreme cosmic powers and the MC just winning everything be default. I like the way level-ups happen later on in the series. Highly recommend this pack.

Amazing series. 4 books that will keep you hooked

I didn’t expect much of this series given that there were almost no reviews but ended up liking it pretty well. Had some interesting ideas that were new to me

A good listen

At first I though this book was written by AI, but continued listening. Probably meant for younger readers, lacks dimension, but does have endearing characters. There are times the book does a lot more 'telling that showing' parts of the story, but this gets better as the books go along.

The writing gets better

if this is ur first litrpg great, skip to the next part of my review. if you have read other litrpgs keep reading. Put every main character you like from those rpgs out of your mind, because this main character v. them is like night and day, and you might very well get annoyed with Dale to the point of rage quit reading because this story is atypical, and deals with alot of hidden influences which will make you question the main character alot. And the narrator does a fantastic job of bringing that out. I'm writing this in the midst of such a scenario. But if you like young adults (early 20s character) acting like a spoiled rich kid when he sees others get things handed to others where he has to work for it [and can't tell if that's his true personality or not] keep reading, i dare you and your sanity to read this series. You won't be bored, you will be anytjjng but.
i love story and love all the hidden aspects of the story that make one wonder if it's the main character being led blindly to his doom or if it's just him being, well him. It's rare for an author make me question myself in wanting to continue a series because they make annoyed with their main character.
But the narrator also does a fantastic job, and maybe this is also why I question my feelings of the main character, I'm certain if I was just normally reading I wouldn't be questioning Dale and his seemingly 2 steps forward 10 steps backward progression that makes me wanna rip my hair in frustration (especially book 3) [I've never known an isekai character that references gaming and earth so much just to act like a scared native, which is good for atypical characters]
I'm certain the 84hr of book time is worth it (writing this near the end of the audio where I felt it appropriate) and I'm hoping i see the character progression where i don't want to jump into the story myself and slap some reality into him. [i do like stories like this, or my rating wouldn't be 5 stars, i think I've just been

For one credit, it’s a steal. Individually it would still be worth it. Great story, interesting world, good performance.

Really good series

I love the world and system. The characters regularly brake thier personalities and the main character constantly contradicts himself.

poor character development

Somehow I managed to make it through books 1 and 2….. honestly this statement alone speaks volumes so I’ll leave it here.

Main Character is horrible.

The mc is outrageously frustrating…. The concept of the story is unique and very cool….
