It has a pleasant and relaxing sound

I liked the narrator's voice and I liked the music. I hope I can make more progress in achieving weight loss on my belly and abs section.

Yes! Does WORK...

It will, but you need to do more than that if you really want to lose weight. The subliminal will only give you a push and help you along, but you still need to exercise, drink plenty of water and eat healthy. You won’t lose weight if you have unhealthy habits while using your subliminal.

Packed with all the thoughts you need

I thought this was going to be dumb but it's actually quite useful.

I get tired of theories on how to lose weight or be healthy, so it's nice to have a recording fill my head with all the right thoughts. Most of them are thoughts I agree with but forget to keep them in mind. If you disagree with anything, you can simply ignore it.

The narration is a little corny but not annoying. I listened to it while I was getting ready for work and it gave me confidence, motivation, and renewed sense of purpose and replenished my willpower.

A mental preparation for daily progress. It does not take long, positive affirmation. For mental concentration, whether in the gym or at home. Dedication begins in the mind.

Just when you thought you didn't have time...

Its only been a few days, so it’s a little too early to give a thorough review, but here goes :
The voice on the recording is pleasant and soothing and I do find I like it, which is a big plus. It means I’ll continue to listen to it. I also like that the recording isn’t too long. I’ve actually had a custom hypnosis session with a professional hypnotist and I rarely listen to it because it’s over 45 min. in its entirety. Over 30 or 40 minutes are devoted to relaxation. I don’t need more than 40 min. to get into a receptive state, especially once I’m use to the process. So, overall very happy with this one...

I believe I can

This audible makes me feel like I can get up and stay motivated. The length makes it easy to get reaquainted with your goals when you feel yourself slipping. I feel like I can sit in the car listen and get motivated again before driving to get fast food. I believe I will reach my goals in a reasonable amount of time.

Inspiring calming affirmations

I listen to this in the morning while doing my yoga. The speaker has a calming voice and the affirmations are relevant. The echo helps reiterate the thoughts.
