It has a pleasant and relaxing sound

I liked the narrator's voice and I liked the music. I hope I can make more progress in achieving weight loss on my belly and abs section.

Yes! Does WORK...

It will, but you need to do more than that if you really want to lose weight. The subliminal will only give you a push and help you along, but you still need to exercise, drink plenty of water and eat healthy. You won’t lose weight if you have unhealthy habits while using your subliminal.

Packed with all the thoughts you need

I thought this was going to be dumb but it's actually quite useful.

I get tired of theories on how to lose weight or be healthy, so it's nice to have a recording fill my head with all the right thoughts. Most of them are thoughts I agree with but forget to keep them in mind. If you disagree with anything, you can simply ignore it.

The narration is a little corny but not annoying. I listened to it while I was getting ready for work and it gave me confidence, motivation, and renewed sense of purpose and replenished my willpower.

A mental preparation for daily progress. It does not take long, positive affirmation. For mental concentration, whether in the gym or at home. Dedication begins in the mind.

Daily encouragement

This is a great way to reduce tension, even if it had no other benefits. I call it guided relaxation. It takes away tension that causes overrating and snacking. It also helps adjust your mental image of your body so that you begin to think a thinner you is very possible. I have found I feel full after eating much less than usual and rich foods are no longer attractive to me, although I do need a little chocolate every few weeks. I do use our Nordic-track ski machine most days shortly after wakening. If I wait an hour I probably will not exercise that day. Presently my time per exercise session is far too short, but I am working at getting to longer sessions.
