Narrator is abrupt, sounds bored and is too loud at the beginning... She gets better. It's almost as if she's going through the mediation herself and gets more relaxed and soothed (and quiets) as she goes! Personally not a fan of the ambient crystal bowls in this particular recording. They sound like distant fog horns.

I highly recommend this audio to anyone who has a difficult time falling asleep. My favorite part is the 2 minutes to think about your concerns. It’s amazing how many concerts you can think about in only 2minutes! Try it!

This is a good meditation but the narrator’s voice starts off super choppy so it’s not soothing. I slowed it down to .8 and .9 and it improves her abrupt manner of closing her sentences

I downloaded this about this time last year. I've listened to it about 20 times easy when I am having a particularly hard time falling asleep. My daughter loves it as well, so who knows how much it has gotten played in the last year.

Her voice slowly gets softer and more spaced out as it goes. You only realized you're falling asleep when she speaks again and you kinda shoot awake for a second before being done in.

Puts me out every time

I’ve been listening to this meditation to help relax before bed, and I have mostly enjoyed it. However, there are a few times during the meditation where the volume changes *drastically* from one phrase to the next. The sudden changes in volume can take me right out of my relaxed state, as I try to concentrate on the suddenly very quiet speaking voice.

I did not expect to feel so relaxed and actually fall asleep - but I did. The tension left my body and I drifted off to sleep. Amazing!

Despite awkward wording and design, and average voicing, I am able to go off on my own mind tangent from its path and go to rest. Narrator/writer is a nascent dreamer of Bella Ruth Naperstak. 🌿💜🌿
